Married with 4 kids - always thought I was healthy and fit - but only the past few years have I really gotten that way!

Another trip up the Farmington Canyon with the Davis County crew.

I felt super slow (and it doesn't help to be watching everybody else's headlights bobbing along ahead of you!) but really I kept mostly below a 15 minute/mile pace the whole way up, which isn't bad for that route.

Dorsimus passed me on his way down (he had to turn around at an hour) like usual I was the last one getting up to the campground.

After we turned around I felt much better, I always feel much better going downhill - and booked it down to the parking lot (with a little extra runaround to get to 10 miles!)

Gotta figure out how to improve my uphill legs!

Weighed myself after taking a shower and HOLY MOLY I'm down to almost High School weight! That's not good, I was skinny. I'm definitely more muscular now, but I don't want to be as skinny as I've gotten. Time to eat more!

I'll join you at the back of the pack on one of these mornings. I don't know how those fellas got so speedy but I can't keep up either.

Good runnin'. The best way to improve uphill legs is to run uphill...so you've got it figured out, just takes some time. I'm still trying to work that one out.

Mr.K aint no slouch either, don't let him make you think otherwise. Ha.

I think I was faster today than I have been too - I just have to get past the few sections where I just power-hike for a while :)
